Products that you return for exchange must not be worn. PLEASE TRY ON YOUR SHOES ON A CLEAN, SOFT SURFACE TO PREVENT SOILING OF THE SUEDE SOLES. SHOES WITH SOILED SOLES OR SHOES WHICH HAVE BEEN USED ON A HARD SURFACE CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR  EXCHANGE.

Shoes must returned within 14 days. Shoes must be completely unsoiled. , Please enclose a copy of your receipt and a note stating the reason for your return. we will make another pair of shoes with the  necesary corrections without any extra cost for you.

You will be responsible for shipping costs on products exchanged or returned, except for exchanged items shipped from us to you .
