Products returned for exchange MUST NOT be worn. PLEASE TRY ON YOUR SHOES ON A CLEAN AND SOFT SURFACE IN ORDER TO AVOID SOILING OF SUEDE SOLES. SHOES WITH SOILED SOLES, OR SHOES WHICH HAVE BEEN USED ON A HARD SURFACES CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE.
As part of our goal to be the most convenient way to buy shoes, we accept returns and exchanges for products purchased through the Mr. Tango Shoes website.
BEFORE YOU SHIP THE SHOES call us at 786-888-6619, or email us at info@mrtangoshoes.com stating the reasons for your return. You will receive instructions for the return shipping.
Shoes must be returned within 4 days after delivery, and must be completely unsoiled. Please attach a copy of your receipt and a letter stating the reason for your return. We will make a new pair of shoes with the necessary corrections without any extra cost.
Customs Duties for countries outside the United States must be paid by the customer.
NO REFUNDS FOR SHOE-LAST ORDERS!
You will be responsible for the shipping costs on products exchanged or returned, except for exchanged items shipped from us to you.

We have been in the dance-shoe business for over 20 years. We specialize in custom made dancing shoes, which means we make our dance shoes one by one, with the hands of expert dance artisans (shoemakers). Any order takes around 4 weeks to be fully manufactured. The delivery takes about 5 business days after clearance from the factory. We offer a special rush delivery service (2 weeks,) and it costs an extra US$30 - since we would need to stop the production of other shoes to give priority to those which were ordered under special rush delivery circumstances.- The shoe size varies depending on the workmanship. For that reason, shoes are made based on the feet drawings with the measurements provided by the customer. However, not always the correct fit is gotten. Thus, we have some important recommendations for you:
  • Ask for somebody's help to trace your feet. Please do not try to trace it by yourself.
  • Trace your feet in the morning when they are relaxed.
  • When standing on the sheet of paper, please do not stand so that the foot being traced bears all the weight of your body. Otherwise, your foot will seem to be wider than it really is.
  • Please make sure that the drawings and tracings are clear.
  • When measuring the widest part, please check twice, or as many times as necessary, to make sure the measurements are correct.
  • FOR LARGER SIZES: Women shoes will have an extra cost if the size is larger than 11 ½. In the case of men shoes, the extra cost will apply for sizes larger than 13 ½.

IMPORTANT: IF THE MEASUREMENTS ARE NOT PROVIDED AFTER TWO WEEKS, THE ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED BASED ONLY ON THE SHOE SIZE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER.
REMEMBER: EVEN WITH ALL THE INFORMATION PROVIDED, THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT THE CORRECT FIT IS NOT GOTTEN. IN THAT CASE WE WOULD MAKE A NEW PAIR OF SHOES BASED ON THE CORRECTIONS, WITH NO EXTRA COST. BUT, PLEASE, BE PATIENT. Sometimes you need to try on many different pairs of shoes to get the correct fit. Now imagine buying shoes online. THE SHOES WOULD BE REMADE UP TO THREE TIMES IF NECESSARY. If the fit is still not appropriate, your money will be REFUNDED, EXCEPT for the cost of the SHIPPING.

IMPORTANT: Sometimes faxes do not come in the actual size. Please make sure that you measure from the longest toe to the back end of the heel in a straight line, and measure the ball of both feet all the way around.
